Chef Bruno Menard inherited his passion for cooking from his family, who was deeply involved in the hospitality industry - his father was a famous chocolatier in France, before his brother took over the family business and his sister is the head of a hotel in Paris. 

Under his leadership, “The Dining Room” at the Ritz Carlton Buckhead in Atlanta, Georgia (USA) was awarded 5 stars by the Mobil Travel Guide and 5 diamonds by the AAA (American Automobile Association). “L’Osier” in Tokyo received 3 stars from the Michelin Guide, becoming one of only nine restaurants in Tokyo to be awarded 3 stars consecutively upon the launch of the first edition of Michelin Guide Tokyo. 

In 2013, Chef Bruno launched his own culinary consulting firm based in Singapore, Bruno Menard Pte. Ltd. Chef Bruno is also recognised as a judge on the television show, MasterChef Asia (2015). The same year, he created the Bocuse d’Or Academy Singapore and was nominated as President of Bocuse d’Or Asia Pacific by the Bocuse d’Or International Organization Committee for the continental selection during the Food & Hotel Asia 2016 in Singapore.
